The following information applies to shipping times and shipping policies as of December 23, 2022. Some items listed in this policy may not be listed for sale all at once for various reasons. We reserve the right to add and remove items at our sole discretion.
DELIVERY TIMES
**Delivery times are estimated delivery times (estimates) and not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
- Issues with print or embroidery files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
United States
T-shirts, tank tops, 3/4 sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, polo shirts, crop tops: 4-9 business days
Hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, sweatpants, joggers, pants: 4-11 business days
Neck gaiters, face masks: 4-8 business days
T-shirts, all-over print shirts, hoodies, baby bibs, leggings, baby bodysuits, swimwear, baby jackets: 4-11 business days
Embroidered hats, beanies, and visors: 4-9 business days
Tote bags, drawstring bags, fanny packs: 4-8 business days
Water bottles and tumblers: 5-8 business days
White Mugs, 11oz.: 5-8 business days
iPhone cases, Samsung cases: 4-19 business days
Blankets (60″ × 80″), Embroidered Sherpa Blankets (50″ × 60″): 5-9 business days
**From Oct 3 to Jan 22, a $0.25 or $0.50 surcharge will be added to all orders with the destination address in the US. The surcharge amount will depend on the product category.
ITEMS THAT SHIP INDIVIDUALLY
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:
- snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors

- postcards and stickers
- pillows with stuffing

- framed posters

- bean bag cases
- keychains and pet tags

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
CUSTOMS FEES (FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.):
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer. You, the customer, are responsible for these fees.
Currently, we have 9 separate shipping regions, and each region has its own rates:

- P, R, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden
- U, V–Ukraine, Vatican City
- The UK
- EFTA states
- Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland
- Canada
- Australia/New Zealand
- Japan
- Brazil
- Worldwide
- All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as our manufacturer doesn’t ship to these destinations. Our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen (see the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage).
The list of countries may change periodically.
PLACES WE DO NOT SHIP TO:
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Please note: Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

- Bhutan
- Brunei
- Chad
- Laos
- Libya
- Mongolia

- South Sudan
